The verification personnel successfully arrived at the International Commerce Centre, located at 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon. The surrounding area is bustling with a strong commercial atmosphere. However, no company signage or relevant information for Cloud Peak was found outside the building.

The verification personnel entered the building lobby and stated their purpose to the security or staff. After communication, permission was obtained to enter the lobby. Inside the lobby, no company directory listing for Cloud Peak was found, nor was the company's LOGO seen.

As card access was required to go upstairs, the verification personnel could not reach the target floor, the 82nd floor, and thus could not confirm the specific location. Due to the inability to go upstairs, they could not enter the company, it was not a shared office, and they could not photograph the reception desk.

From the lobby area, as they could not enter the company's interior, they were unable to observe the internal office environment. Inquiries at the reception indicated there was no such company. No information regarding this broker was found. The overall situation did not match its claimed positioning.

Therefore, after the on-site verification, it was confirmed that broker Cloud Peak does not exist at the aforementioned address.
