The inspection personnel successfully arrived at the W Luxe building, located on On Yiu Street in Sha Tin, New Territories. The surrounding environment and commercial atmosphere were average. No signage or related information of the company was found on the exterior of the building.

The inspection personnel entered the building lobby and explained their purpose to the security guard. After communication, permission to enter was granted. No information about this company was found on the directory board inside the building.

Upon reaching the target floor, the 16th floor, the inspection personnel found no prominent signage for Is24k in the office area. The only related address was an unrelated beauty center.
