CySEC Warns Against Forex-Linked Websites Operating Without Authorisation
Abstract:CySEC has warned against a group of websites offering investment-related services without authorisation, including several domains that appear to target forex traders.

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission has issued a new warning covering 10 websites that are not connected to entities authorised to provide regulated investment or crypto-asset services in Cyprus.
Several of the domains are directly associated with forex or trading-related names, including amazon-forex.com, seamanfx.com and fxtrade.app.
CySEC said none of the websites on the list belong to entities holding the required approval for investment services under Cyprus law.
Forex-Related Domains Appear on the Warning List
The full notice includes:
- amazon-forex.com
- novatradecore.com
- vall-fin.com
- daoroyal.com
- capitaldealhub.com/AI_app_es
- digiteamagency.com/second-income/
- seamanfx.com
- newfuturevip.com
- trademarketcup.com
- fxtrade.app
For forex traders, the most relevant entries are the domains that present themselves around foreign-exchange or trading services.
A forex-related name or trading interface does not establish that a platform holds a financial licence. CySEC's notice confirms that the listed websites are outside its authorised investment-firm framework.
CySEC Does Not Identify the Operators
The regulator did not provide details about the companies or individuals behind the websites.
It also did not state that the domains were clones of existing licensed firms, nor did the notice disclose whether complaints had been submitted against them.
The warning is therefore focused on authorisation status: the websites are not linked to entities approved by CySEC to provide the regulated services covered by the notice.
This distinction matters when reviewing forex platforms, as a website may promote currency trading without identifying a licensed legal entity behind the service.
Licence Checks Remain Central for Forex Platforms
For a regulated forex broker, the company name, licence number and website domain should correspond with information published by the relevant regulator.
A trading website operating under a different domain or without a verifiable legal entity may fall outside the protections attached to a regulated investment firm.
