They deliberately profited from client losses and commissions, clearly using a computer to churn orders. The platform said it had already frozen the agent's account. Account manager Li Ao did not deal with the issue on WeChat and even rejected messages; this has dragged on for a long time. The platform asked me to send an email, but there has been no reply. The platform said a dedicated person would handle it and contact me, but no one contacted me. For the agent issue, they said to contact the agent. The agent did not deal with it and deliberately used high-frequency trading to profit from client losses. Does AC Capital platform really have no regulatory supervision over its agents? ACCM replied that the client was responsible, pushing all responsibility onto the client for handing over the trading account to others. The agent's profiting from client losses is a violation, and the agent's behavior is egregious and fraudulent.
