Received the deposit but still haven't credited it to my account. I made a wire transfer of 25 GBP on the 27th. To this day I have not received my deposit. Customer service asked me to provide proof of deposit; I submitted it, but it still hasn't been credited. I am still pursuing this. I hope to get my 25 GBP back. I will never choose this platform again. Black platform!
