Sarai Chavez and Jose Chavez (Mexicans) have been the ones assisting me. They’ve told me how to close out trades in order to make a profit; they’ve made me deposit more than $5,000 in order to generate trading profits; they’ve called me several times a day; and while I watch my account balance drop, they ask me to invest more. There’s confusion among the employees, and they can’t seem to agree on anything. Furthermore, I can’t make withdrawals from the account because there supposedly isn’t enough capital available for withdrawal. They made me close profitable trades. Then I demanded that they change my advisor because every time I logged in, he made me lose money. They started asking me for more money so I could supposedly make a withdrawal. I told them no, and they began providing terrible customer support—they don’t answer my calls, and I keep getting messages saying I can’t withdraw the little money I have left in the account. Now I have no way to get my money back.
