I traded legally on EE TRADE Platform with no rule breaches, scalping or abnormal operations. I completed real-name verification and bank card binding ages ago and met all withdrawal criteria. The platform blocked my withdrawal out of the blue. It brought up unfair new rules afterward and forced me to upload photos of myself holding the front and back of my ID card plus my bank card. These documents are not legally required nor stated in the platform’s official withdrawal policies, which amounts to excessive collection of sensitive personal data. I have done nothing wrong. The platform threatens to lock my withdrawals permanently unless I hand over these private photos.
