I suspected a system flaw in MT5 and contacted support via chat, but the issue was not resolved. After exchanging emails later, the response I received was: "Your position was entered 55 minutes after the CPI! There is no problem with the system." This company is deceitful and falsifies data. What I can say now is that even if there is a system malfunction, it is useless to contact them. Even if the company is at fault, they do not admit it. Whether via chat or email, make sure to keep photo evidence. I am not saying that I demanded compensation for lost profits. I did not want that; I simply asked them to investigate because the MT5 system was acting strange at the time. This company could not even handle such a basic request. By the way, I requested assistance via chat immediately after seeing the post-CPI upward market. There is no way that I would have entered a position 55 minutes later. It is clearly falsified data. The attached documents are the falsified data that I questioned, and the timeline I drew on the chart and sent back when AXIORY Support tried to divert the issue.
