I filed a complaint against EETRADE Forex for refusing to process withdrawals a couple of days ago. The main issue is that I deposited funds on March 5th, and after trading day and night, I made a profit of over $87,000. The platform is only willing to refund my two deposits, which I obviously don't agree with. On March 30th at 00:44, I opened a position of 5 lots of International WTI Crude Oil at $101.575. The platform automatically closed my position at 5 AM. The usual price was $102.83. After closing the position, the platform confiscated all my money, and I couldn't log into my account. I still can't log in today. I earned over 80,000 USDT. The money in my USDT wallet was automatically deducted by EETRADE at 4 AM on March 30th. Isn't the money in my wallet safe? Their explanation is that the money in the wallet is separate from the trading funds! Why was it automatically deducted? I have screenshots as proof for everything. I take full responsibility for what I have said.
