In 2025, I applied for a 5% withdrawal of the principal as required by the broker. The application was approved but no funds were transferred. On December 7, the approved amount was returned to the trading account! I then resubmitted the full remaining balance of the account! Axel sent an email claiming that the agent did not provide funds to the broker, hence the broker could not process withdrawals for investors—a complete fallacy! The truth is, as an investor, I deposited real funds into the Axel platform and can provide detailed transaction records proving the deposit into the Axel account. Please take a look at the withdrawal application submitted on December 7, 2025, which remains unprocessed to this day, December 24, 2025. Axel has turned the tables, locking up clients' genuinely deposited funds—a despicable act! To date, no platform representative has stepped forward to discuss a solution. Attached are images of the exchange deposit receipt, Axel's backend deposit records, and the withdrawal request that has been ignored. The objective fact is that the client deposited real funds, while Axel is creating trouble out of thin air. Locking up customer funds! Violating the spirit of good faith and contract, engaging in bandit-like behavior under the guise of a license.
