Since opening my account, I have directly bound it to your company's EA and have never taken any private trades. Throughout this period, I observed strong profitability, with precise position adjustments each time. My account achieved a full portfolio turnover in just over a month, and during this time, I also referred several friends who opened accounts, deposited funds, and connected to your company's EA. However, this positive trend was short-lived. On September 4th, issues arose during a position adjustment. I noticed the adjustment was initiated too early and immediately reported this to your business team, who advised me to wait patiently as the adjustment was in progress. Unfortunately, after the orders were executed, prices continued to drop by another $25. Due to insufficient margin, the maximum floating loss exceeded 70%, leading to partial forced liquidations and a same-day drawdown of over 50%. The clients I referred also suffered significant losses that day and subsequently withdrew their funds. I have repeatedly consulted the account manager about the issue of commissions not being credited, and the response has always been 'following up,' dragging on for over a week. It was initially agreed that the funds would be returned to the account by September 24. However, as of today, September 25, I was informed that the company would not approve it. Considering how unreliable this situation is, I submitted a withdrawal request, only to be told that my account was flagged for scalping. Upon further inquiry, I learned that my account had already been warned for scalping previously—something I find utterly baffling. My account has always been managed by your company, and I only stopped following it on September 11. By September 24, I had only executed a few trades, some of which were even held overnight. Where exactly is the scalping? Moreover, I was never notified or informed that my account had any irregularities, which reflects serious negligence. I sincerely request your company to investigate the cause and facts thoroughly and allow for a normal withdrawal.
