SOOLIKE broker offered a $150 bonus for a $1000 deposit to lure clients into trading on their platform. After trading, a slew of unexpected withdrawal rules suddenly appeared, such as being unable to withdraw unless 7 lots were traded (with no prior notice). My trading account had a remaining balance of around $950 after I stopped trading in May due to personal reasons. When I logged in on 8.21, I discovered that on 8.20, my account had been traded without authorization, resulting in an $864 loss. The platform's customer service and agents all evaded responsibility, passing the buck. Later, upon reviewing the transaction records, I questioned the broker: 'The daily price fluctuations weren’t that extreme—how could a single trade lose $864?' The broker then arbitrarily altered my trading account's transaction details in the backend.
