I'm so frustrated! I'm extremely frustrated with this platform's app. It's very difficult to use, often freezes, and crashes frequently. Once, I was in the middle of an important trade when the app suddenly crashed. When I logged back in, the market had already changed. I found that many users are experiencing this issue, but the platform isn't addressing it. They're just focusing on promotions and ignoring the user experience. This is utterly irresponsible!
