My stop-loss order didn't work at all. Before the EIA crude oil data, I placed a sell order at 72.50 and set the stop-loss at 73.00. After the data was released, the price surged to 73.15, forcing me to adjust the stop-loss. But the candlestick chart never even touched 73.00! Compared to other platforms, the highest price was only 72.98. Customer service argued it was due to "liquidity differences," but why does it always break through your support line? My main stop-loss orders got closed inexplicably three times in a row—each time blamed on "market reasons." Do users not see the real price?
