I was watching the gold market on the night of the non-farm payroll report, and my platform showed the current price at $1980, while other platforms I checked displayed $1982. When I shorted at $1980, the actual price was $1983—a 3-point loss for no reason. Even more shockingly, once when I was monitoring the EUR/USD chart intraday, the candlesticks from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM were duplicated, making me think the market was flat and causing me to miss the best entry point. I contacted customer service for an explanation. They hesitated and said it was due to 'data transmission delays,' but these 'delays' happen three or four times a week. This isn't market software—it's an illusion-creating tool that misleads traders with fake data, leaving them clueless about where their money is disappearing.
