Around 9 PM Taiwan time on 2025.07.25 (Friday), I sent an inquiry to OEXN customer service. After more than 3 hours, there was still no response. The company's website states that customer service is available 24/7, but even after 3 hours, no reply was received. Please refer to the attachment for details.
