In early April, I deposited 3000 on this platform and received a 400 bonus. The platform required completing 21 lots within 45 days to convert the bonus. After meeting the requirement in mid-June, I applied to convert the bonus into principal, but the platform delayed the conversion until July 11th, preventing me from withdrawing the remaining principal. On July 8th, customer service promised to complete the conversion by July 11th. However, on that day, I received an email from the platform accusing me of malicious scalping in previous trades, refusing to convert the bonus, and even threatening to freeze my account. I emailed the platform asking which trades violated the rules, but they did not respond. This platform's behavior is utterly disgraceful—delaying endlessly and refusing withdrawals!
