On the evening of June 6, my Hantec Financial account went bust due to an inability to normally deposit funds, leading to insufficient account collateral! By the time I was able to deposit in the backend, the account had already gone bust. Besides, it took nearly an hour for funds to reach the account after transferring, resulting in a second bust. This platform is different from others as it renders impossible to hedge when the available margin is negative. When I realized I couldn't hedge, I arranged a deposit immediately but couldn’t due to channel issues, leading to the account bust when possible. Customer service kept insisting that it's normal for a deposit to take 3 hours and any risk during this time is on me. Which platform takes 3 hours to deposit???
