Perhaps I ask my questions at a time when Arabic language support is not available, but most of the time only English language customer support is available. And of course, it is difficult to explain the problem I am facing, which is why I communicate with them using Google Translate only. I mean it serves the purpose, but it is certainly better to add more support members to facilitate communication.

ربما أطرح أسئلتي في الوقت الذي يكون فيه دعم اللغة العربية غير متاح، لكن معظم الوقت لا يتوفر سوى دعم العملاء باللغة الإنجليزية. وبالطبع من الصعب شرح المشكلة التي أواجهها، ولهذا السبب أتحدث معهم باستخدام ترجمة جوجل فقط. أعني أنها تؤدي الغرض، لكن من الأفضل بالطبع إضافة المزيد من أعضاء الدعم لتسهيل التواصل.
