I opened two trading accounts on the soolike platform on February 26, 2025, and March 18, respectively. Each account had a capital of $3000. As of April 3, both accounts were profitable, with capital reaching over $4800 and over $4300, respectively. I traded using the automated trading software provided by the agent. On the evening of April 3, I closed the automated trading software, and I have trading software logs as evidence of the closure. Furthermore, I logged in to the trading software multiple times on April 4 and April 6, but I did not see any trading or loss records. The capital remained over $4000. However, on the morning of April 7, the capital suddenly turned into a significant loss, with only a little over $300 remaining in both accounts. Upon checking, I found trading and loss records on April 4. If the trades were made by the automated trading software, I should have seen open positions on April 4 and 6, but there were none. Therefore, the sudden appearance of substantial loss trades clearly indicates manipulation by the platform. After multiple communications with the platform's official email, and providing the log records of the automated trading software being closed on April 4, the platform still refuses to investigate and handle this matter. The platform's attitude is very firm, and so far, they have not resolved this issue. I hereby report soolike and demand compensation for my losses, totaling $8642.
