I registered three accounts on this platform, incurring losses of $1,400, $15,000, and $25,000 respectively. Additionally, the platform induced me to invite friends by offering a bonus for new registrations; my friends also registered and concurrently lost $700. Firstly, the platform does not respond to user emails and does not address user complaints. Secondly, the slippage is severe. For example, on June 7, 2024, at 20:30, I shorted NASDAQ 100 index futures. The highest spot market price for NASDAQ was 19114.63, yet inexplicably a trade on my account executed at 19126.28 (buy-stop), a price that did not even appear on the platform. Within the next two minutes, the index plummeted below 18950 (my target for taking profits). This discrepancy resulted in a swing of $3,000 in my profit/loss account.
