Second, our company has never stated anywhere that we will not allow this customer to withdraw funds. If there is, please ask this customer to provide evidence as proof. Our company has informed the customer of the refund process and time from the first day of the withdrawal. During the waiting period, this customer has been harassing our online customer service system and email system multiple times every day using various identities and methods. All the accusations made by this customer are subjective speculations and not the true facts of the events. Please do not believe their one-sided words. Third, although our company has informed this customer of the refund process multiple times every day and promised to refund them as quickly as possible, the customer refuses to accept and cooperate. Currently, this customer is still using different false identities to publish false accusations against our company through their own subjective speculations on multiple channels.
