In early August, I received an email notification that my account was frozen. Upon inquiry, they failed to provide a satisfactory explanation. On August 7th, funds were deducted from my account. I am requesting that CWG return the funds. Attached are the proof of deposit, CWG's email notification, and the record of the deducted amount.

八月頭收到電郵通知戶口凍結，查詢後回覆未有正面解釋，7/8 直接在戶口扣除資金。本人要求CWG歸還資金。附上入金證明，CWG電郵通知及扣除金額紀錄。
