I waited until August 16th to withdraw money and everything had been normal. I made my request on August 16th at midnight. Today, Monday, August 19th, the platform says that we have to pay taxes in order to withdraw, which has never happened before.

No puedo retirar mi dinero de la plataforma.

Esperé a la fecha del 16 de agosto para poder retirar dinero y todo había ido normal. Hice mi solicitud el día 16 de agosto a la media noche. Hoy lunes 19 de agosto, la plataforma dice que tenemos que pagar impuestos para poder retirar, cosa que nunca había sucedido.
