Exposure

According to the audit on August 8, 2024, it was not allowed to make fund withdrawals, only deposits supposedly until August 16, 2024. And when I made my withdrawal, I received a message today, August 19, 2024, stating that I have to pay a supposed 20% tax on the withdrawal for ISR, and I have until August 26, 2024, to make the payment; otherwise, they will freeze my funds and close my account.

Según por auditoría el 08 de agosto 2024 no permitía realizar retiros de fondos solo depósitos supuestamente hasta el día 16 de agosto 2024 y al realizar mi retiro me llega un mensaje el día de hoy 19 de agosto 2024 que tengo que pagar un supuesto impuesto del 20% del retiro que por ISR y que tengo hasta el día 26 de agosto 2024 para realizar el pago de lo contrario congelarán mis fondos y darán de baja mi cuenta
