First, withdrawals were suspended due to a supposed listing process on the United States stock exchange. It was mentioned that it would open on a specific date. When that date arrived, I tried to make the withdrawal, and apparently the platform allowed it, but a few days later the withdrawal "bounced back," and now it no longer allows me to attempt to withdraw funds again, stating that it is "outside withdrawal hours."

Primero se habían suspendido los retiros por un supuesto proceso de listado en la bolsa de valores de estados unidos, se comentó que se iba a abrir en una fecha en específico. Cuando llegó esa fecha, intenté hacer el retiro y aparentemente lo permitió la plataforma, pero algunos días después "rebotó" el retiro, pero ahora ya no permite hacer el intento de retirar fondos nuevamente diciendo que "fuera de horario de retiros".
