I was asked to pay 25% deposit to correct my bank card information as they said there is something wrong. If the platform was not sure about the information, why not call me and confirm it. I have filled in my phone number when opening an account. Why do I have to pay margin, since it is indeed my bank information?

银行卡信息错误不给更改，还要交25％保证金才给更改，信息错误即使不能确认是不是本人，开户的时候不是有电话号码吗，为什么不打电话确认。为什么一定要交纳保证金，而且出具的确实是本人的银行信息，为什么要交保证金
