Their spread was 20, but their customer service explained that the investigation had expanded the spread to 354 points at that moment. This is severe price and spread manipulation. Which platform has such a large spread, especially nearly two hours after opening? On April 20th, at 07:43:17, they liquidated my four orders. The liquidation prices for the two long orders were 4759.32 and 4765.14. For the short orders: 4768.68 and 4768.65. However, at 7:43, the highest point on the K-line chart was only 4765.57, and there was no price of 4768.65 at all. This is simply chaotic and fraudulent. It's extremely unfair. It caused me losses. This incident is one of many instances where I have suffered unfair treatment, resulting in a total loss of 4300 USD. I demand that JRG China compensate me for my principal of 4300 USD.
