Salesperson lured clients to deposit claiming the use of their EA for trading. Then the platform arbitrarily changed the trading password in the backend, leading to friends' accounts getting blown up by martingale trading. Although my account suffered a loss, the platform didn't allow withdrawal, claiming rule violation in trading. If we used the same EA for trading, why can the salesperson withdraw freely but it's rule-violating trading for the customers?
