On November 4, 2021, I was repeatedly contacted by a HYCM platform salesperson and invited to open an account with a deposit of $20,000 as part of a bonus and gift event. The platform server was very slow, with frequent issues like freezing, slippage, and delayed closures. Requests to withdraw profits were repeatedly obstructed by the salesperson with various reasons, and promised gifts were not delivered. During a sudden event, the platform became unusable - could not close positions, log in or deposit, causing a significant loss. Emails to the platform have not been addressed and contacting the salesperson was fruitless. I am now requesting proof from the regulating body that they are properly supervising this business and demanding compensation for my losses. After contacting customer service, my account has been disabled.
