Because I was unaware of the platform's rules, I made a slightly higher number of trades on September 2nd, which resulted in a large amount of commission. The next day, when I tried to withdraw the commission, I was accused of scalping. Since then, I have always traded strictly by the rules. After so many days, the platform has neither restored my commission account nor allowed me to withdraw funds. They have not given me a chance to correct my mistake or even let me withdraw my money and leave the platform, which is unacceptable to me.
