I want to expose this platform. Those who are considering trading on this platform should be cautious. The day before I planned to withdraw funds, I informed customer service about my intention to withdraw. The next day, I received an email claiming that I had engaged in frequent trading and might be involved in fraudulent activities, but in reality, I did nothing of the sort. I admit I did engage in short-term trading, but for a futures and spot trading platform to prohibit short-term trading is ridiculous. Using this excuse to reject my withdrawal request—if you think my profits came from short-term trading, I’ll give up the profits. I just want my principal back. However, customer service kept making excuses, shifting blame, and delaying without giving me a clear answer about returning my principal.
