Withdrawal approval has been passed for over a month and still not received

I applied for withdrawal on September 2nd, 2024. The withdrawal was approved on September 4th, but until now, on October 12th, it has been over a month and the funds still haven't been credited. I have been contacting customer service, but they always give the same reply that the bank regulations are strict and they are still processing it. There has been no result so far. Normally, the funds should be credited within 4 working days.

出金审核通过一个多月一直没到账

我在上个月2024年9月2号申请出金，4号出金审核通过，到现在10月12号，已经一个多月都还没有到账，期间一直有问客服，客户都是一个回复，银行监管严格，还在处理，一直都没有结果，正常都是4个工作日都能到账的
