I have been trading in my account since last October, and before being restricted from making withdrawals, I had lost over $100,000 through normal trading activities, with withdrawals proceeding normally during that period. However, in July this year when I attempted to make a withdrawal, the backend showed it as greyed out and unable to proceed. I asked the platform for an explanation, and they claimed that there was an issue with customers under the same IB (Introducing Broker), leading to restrictions on all customer deposits and withdrawals. I questioned why customers who were trading normally were also being restricted due to issues with other customers under the same IB. I kept communicating with the platform, and they kept saying they needed to resolve all customer issues and conduct reviews before processing withdrawals. The problem is that they just keep dragging their feet without resolving anything. Customer service is robotic and useless. I've sent emails to communicate but received no response. This kind of malicious and unreasonable behavior by scam platforms to hold customer funds should be avoided at all costs. I hope the relevant authorities can severely punish this platform!
