I applied to withdraw the remaining approximately $10,000 from my account 66768159 on the CWG platform. The platform replied and refused to process the withdrawal, accusing my other account 66765597 of violating the order policy and engaging in arbitrage trading without any reason, but they did not provide any evidence. The next day, without the customer's permission, they forcibly deducted nearly $10,000 from my account 66768159. After several email exchanges, they stopped responding.
