No permite realizar el retiro de mi inversión

Realice mi inversión en la plataforma todo parecía ir bien, hasta que no me permitió retirar mis fondos, duplicando un dinero que debo pagar para que pudiesen activar mis retiros. Ahora piden pagar el 10% en impuestos para hacer el efectivo el retiro la cual hay oportunidad de retiro hasta hoy ya que el viernes 28 se congelaron las cuentas y pagaran solo a los que hayan depositado a sus cuentas, solo necesito recuperar mi inversión por favor.
