I state that on June 11th, 2024, by mistake in the system, the Ifc, after an update, deposited double the capital to its users that they already had in their accounts. Forcing its users to make a deposit for the same amount in order to release their balance so that it can be withdrawn and thus blocking withdrawal options.

Bloqueo de retiros por duplicación de deposito.

Expongo que el día 11 del mes 6 de año 2024 deleno Ifc por error en el sistema después de una actualización deposito a sus usuarios el doble de capital qué ya tenían en sus cuentas. Obligando a sus usuarios a hacer un deposito por el mismo monto para así liberar su saldo y que pueda ser retirado y bloqueando así las opciones de retiro.
