I can't withdraw my winnings!!

This morning I noticed that my assets had doubled in my Deleno wallet, as if someone had deposited for me. Upon realizing this, suspecting some type of fraud, I tried to withdraw my profits (2700usd) (without withdrawing the value that I recorded) and they rejected the transaction. I am trying to withdraw again. They left a message in the notification area but it is a bit confusing and does not give details about what is happening or why these deposits were made. I attach evidences.

esta mañana me percaté que en mi cartera de Deleno se me habían duplicado mis activos, como si alguien me hubiera depositado, al darme cuenta de esto sospechando de algún tipo de fraude, intenté retirar mis ganancias (2700usd) (sin retirar el valor que me consignaron) y me rechazaron la transacción. nuevamente estoy intentado retirar. Ellos dejaron un mensaje en área de notificaciones pero es un poco confuso y no dan detalles sobre que está pasando o por qué se realizaron esas consignaciones. adjunto pruebas
