I have been unable to withdraw money since March 26. The official said that the acceptor was involved in U-coin money laundering and a criminal case was filed. At present, the website backend and mt4 server cannot be logged in, and the NFA supervision is also invalid. hero无法出金，涉及近12万美金，网站及mt4服务器均无法访问！

平台从3月26号开始无法出金，官方说法是承兑商涉及u币洗钱让刑事立案。目前网站后台、mt4服务器均无法登录，nfa监管也失效，说是正在备份数据，以便通道恢复后确认账户金额。我们没有任何资源，只能依托平台，请平台帮忙联系跟单社区enjoytrader和hero券商高层，看是否跑路？是否积极解决？解决到哪一步了？此平台涉及面很大，非常感谢！！！
