I made a withdrawal on March 29, and the money was deducted from my MT4 account, but it never arrived. On April 9, I sent an email to HERO's customer service email address support@heroli.com and they said that arrangements would be made one after another, but the payment has not been received as of today, and there is no reply to the email. My friends who use HERO are all in the same situation.
