I have been unable to withdraw funds since October 2021. It has been two years since. During this period, I have been unable to withdraw or deposit funds. No one has contacted me about the withdrawals. I only replied with prevarications when sending emails, but they did not process them. The funds were lost from US$10,000 to only US$3,000. . Due to the huge debt pressure, I am physically and mentally exhausted, I have serious health problems, and I need heart surgery. I still want to withdraw the last 3,000 US dollars to pay for medical expenses!

两年多无法出金，发邮件只回复不处理

2021年10月开始出不了金，至今已两年时间，在此期间无法出金入金，无人对接出金事宜，发邮件只是回复搪塞，就是不处理，资金由1万美金亏损只剩3000美金。本人由于负债压力巨大，身心焦瘁，身体出现严重问题，心脏要做手术，最后的3000美金还希望给予出金，付医疗费！

How did this platform return to normal? Have the originally hacked funds been returned to investors? So far, my funds have not been withdrawn. This is a scam company that doesn't deal with anything for two years, doesn't pay back the money, and then shows up again and continues to deceive people.
