Complaint: Golden China directly froze my account—they must have something to hide. I’ve already preserved all the evidence and will fight for my rights to the end. Has anyone else been scammed by Golden China? I’ve contacted over 20 clients so far. If the platform doesn’t respond by next Monday, I’ll report it to the economic crime division. Issues include high spreads, inability to deposit funds when accounts are flagged as risky, the Gold & Silver Exchange being a private organization without Hong Kong government oversight, luring clients to deposit more, over a dozen live rooms pushing clients to open positions, developing secondary clients, offering bonuses and points—some bonuses as high as $30,000. Minimum position size 0.05, other forex at 0.01, using position sizes to control our trades.
