They didn't let me withdraw my money

I have memberships that add up to more than $1350 that I cannot withdraw because they said that it could be withdrawn after May 25 and then they delayed it that we could withdraw in the first days of September and now they communicated that no one will be able to withdraw until January 2024, all withdrawal options are blocked, it only allows deposits to be made but they do not allow even $1 to be withdrawn.

No me dejaron retirar mi inversión

Tengo membresías que suman hasta más 1350$ que no puedo retirar por qué dijeron que se podría retirar después del 25 de mayo y después lo retrasaron que podríamos retirar en los primeros días de septiembre y ahora Comunicaron que nadie podrá retirar hasta el Enero de 2024, todas las opciones de retiro están bloqueadas solo deja ingresar depósitos pero no dejan retirar ni 1$.
