我2019年开始交易，一直拿的长线单子，今年开始陆续入金三万美金拿的美日长线空单，2023年5月17号看仓位按金水平低，就入了2000美金提高一下按金水平，可是入金一直不到账，中间联系客服一直没处理，后来再入金就不跳转入金页面了，直到17号下午所持仓全部被强平，之后多次联系客服才到账，我感觉平台在后台操作，然后联系客服经理让补偿一部分反而告诉我终止合作
