When omega clients were transferred to this broker I made the withdrawal request with all the documents requested to be returned the 116 dollars that I was carrying at the time, as the months passed no solution was ever given and to this day they do not answer my emails and the money is still in the broker as shown in the screenshot. I have tried to contact by mail and even by the option given in the broker but the page never works.

Incapacidad de retiro

Cuando los clientes de omega fueron pasados a este broker yo hice la solicitud de retiro con todos los documentos que pedian para que fueran devueltos los 116 dolares que llevaba en su momento, al pasar los meses nunca se dio solucion del radicado y al dia de hoy no me responden los correos y el dinero siguen en el broker como se nota en el pantallazo. He intentado contactarme por correo e incluso por la opcion que da en el broker pero la pagina nunca funciona.
