I am an agent of the original TRI platform. After the merger of the platforms, my clients were unable to log in to their accounts after requesting a withdrawal. Some customer accounts cannot log in directly. Now the customer's balance is all cleared, and no refund has been received, even the principal has not been refunded. The CSR replied that the refund will be made within 5 to 8 weeks, but it has been more than 2 months now, and no refund. Their trick is to merge TRI and NCE, then clear all the balances in the account, and blame each other if there are problems.
