Delay withdrawals

I opened three accounts which are of the same name in this platform. I applied for withdrawals of two of my accounts on November 20. But the withdrawals didn't arrive after a week, $6,000 in total. The official answer is the withdrawal channel limit. The assistant asked me to wait all along, which makes me doubt whether the platform is formal or not.

本人在该平台开了三个同名账户，11月20日申请出金其中二个账户的资金，总额约6000美金，但是已经过了一个星期。资金还没有到账，官方回应说出金通道限额。助理让我一直等，这太让人怀疑平台背后的诚信。
