Ich habe Geld auf einer Plattform namens Bitcointrademax investiert, die von einer Dame namens Jabulisile Khumalo auf die Plattform eingeführt wurde, anscheinend eine Agentin. Did not get my money from Bitcointrademax

I've invested money on a platform called Bitcointrademax was introduced to the platform by a lady called Jabulisile Khumalo apparently an agent. About a week ago I received my withdrawal id and password to proceed with withdrawals to my bank account. After filling out the withdrawal request the next day it showed withdrawal completed but little over a week now and still have nothing in my account not one cent I've lost $38,532 and I'm really in need of help my email Nickbester21@gmail.com please
