Zusammenfassung der Veranstaltung Der Beschwerdeführer bemerkte die Unregelmäßigkeiten derOctaFX s-Plattform am 14. April. Als er morgens aufwachte, um die Handelsergebnisse zu überprüfen, stellte er fest, dass die Plattform seine Limit-Order überhaupt nicht ausführte, als die Marktlage offensichtlich zu seinen Gunsten war. Er schickte sofort eine E-Mail an die Plattform und setzte den Preis der Limit-Order zurück, aber die Plattform antwortete nicht. Später handelte er EUR/USD und GBP/USD auf der Plattform, aber der Markt stieg. Der Investor schickte weiterhin E-Mails an die Plattform, in der Hoffnung, dass die Plattform seine Orders auf dem von ihm festgelegten Limit ausführen würde, damit er alle seine Positionen halten konnte, aber auch hier wurde die E-Mail nicht beantwortet.

LOSS DUE TO PLATFORM IRREGULARITIES

Event recap The complainant noticed the irregularities of OctaFXs platform on April 14th. When he woke up in the morning to check the trading results, he found that the platform did not execute his limit order at all when the market situation had been obviously in his favor. He immediately sent an email to the platform about the matter and reset the price of the limit order, but the platform did not responded. Later, he traded EUR/USD and GBP/USD on the platform, but the market was rising. The investor continued to send emails to the platform, hoping that the platform would execute his orders at the limit level he set, so he could keep all his positions, but again the email was not answered.
