Zuerst haben sie meine Kreditkarte ohne meine Erlaubnis gespeichert, zuerst haben sie behauptet, dass sie nicht auf dieselbe Karte abheben können, und nachdem sie sich viel beschwert haben, haben sie es getan. Nachdem ich das zweite Mal wieder die gleiche Geschichte eingezahlt habe, können sie nicht auf dieselbe Karte auszahlen! Das ist lächerlich und verlangt, an den Compliance-Leiter zu eskalieren und die lehnen es ab!

DERIV REFUSE TO WITHDRAW BACK TO SAME CARD AS DEPOSITED

First, they have saved my credit card without my permission, first withdraw they claim that they cant withdraw to the same card and after complaining a lot they did. After i deposit the second time again the same story they cant withdraw to the same card! That's ridiculous and requested to escalate to the head of compliance and they refuse it!
